In the winter since I have a little more time, I like to give more attention to doing things around my home, reevaluating anything that is working or not for us, more new recipe research, more crafts, more indoor/outdoor projects with the help of my husband, and finally getting around to editing my own family’s personal photos <3

Usually I share some of this in reels on Instagram throughout the year, but I’ve decided to blog this series instead this year, naming it #contentwithChloe where I will share weekly one beauty/health product I am loving, recipe recommendations I’ve tried that the whole family appreciates, and a craft/project too!

No affiliate links here, but I will include where you can find them. I hope this winter series inspires you in the kitchen, to create something new, or most importantly in your home where I hope you feel restored and the most joy.

The only Mac & Cheese I make

If you are new here, I’ve been photographing weddings for over 13 years which means I’ve been able to enjoy some amazing dinners too at the reception. An incredibly common menu is southern comfort food and you KNOW that includes Mac and Cheese.

After trying so many, I was determined a few years ago to make some at home that we would love and enjoy on a regular basis! This southern style Mac and Cheese is amazing and it freezes and reheats well too!

A fun and easy crafts for kids or adults

This is easy and since Target has resin kits, that is literally all you need! Maybe just an extra pair of rubber gloves! We enjoyed making these recently with a group of girls and we will also be making them again this month at a Galentines at my home! It’s a little science experiment too!

Wedgwood vase with a frog

If you are new here I have a couple love languages, like acts of service, a hot white mocha, clothes from Spartina 449, and Wedgwood! I look on Etsy and at the local antique shops to add to my collection and get a good price. It’s throughout our home and I LOVE it.

This vase was thoughtfully gifted to me recently and I was so excited to have one with a frog. I didn’t know that term before researching them. I know if you don’t have one you can weave pieces of scotch tape horizontally and vertically to hold the stems where you want them. I am enjoy this so much for my real flowers! (I have fake too, you got to!)
