I loved being a part of Alyx and Clint’s day! They got married over Memorial Day weekend, and Alyx and I have been friends since high school! It’s always great coming back to Watkinsville where we grew up, seeing both of our parents, and it’s where my business began! This wedding also was significant to me personally not only because I was photographing a friend, but Nathaniel and I were also celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary that weekend, and it was the first wedding I was shooting since Nathaniel had come back home after his 15 month training/deployment away! I loved getting to witness the little details, the sweetest first look, their church ceremony, celebrating with so many loved ones, and closing out the night with surprise fireworks for Clint! One the most fun and challenging exits I’ve shot!! Had to run to get those fireworks over them just right lol. Alyx and Clint, thank y’all so much! It was perfect, and I am so happy for you two!!<3
