Where are you located, and do you travel?

Chloe Giancola Photography began in Athens, Georgia in 2012 and is now based in Aiken, South Carolina and serving clients throughout the southeast. We absolutely travel, and photographing a wedding in the Caribbean is on the bucket list!

How do I reserve your services for my wedding?

A signed contract is required along with a deposit of 25% of the package you choose. As soon as these are both received your wedding date will be officially reserved!

How many images will I receive?

You will receive an average of 50-75 edited images for each hour of wedding coverage.

How long does it take to receive my wedding photos from you, and what equipment do you shoot with?

It takes an average of one month to receive your wedding photos! I shoot with my beloved Canon Mark iii and a collection of prime lenses, although the 50mm is my favorite. I also never leave home without my backup camera equipment, and I am an insured PPA (Professional Photographers of America) member.

What is your style?

I document wedding days for sweet couples who are excited for their wedding and their marriage, with a romantic, inspiring, and playful style.  I shoot with as much natural light possible, because you just can’t beat the beauty of natural light. Once it gets dark, I will use a flash. I want to capture stunning images you will want in your living room forever!

Should we do a first look?

I have couples choose to do first looks or wait until coming down the aisle to see each other, and I like to make sure you know all the benefits before making your decision! If you choose to do a first look, of course you will get to the reception sooner and get most of your photos done before the ceremony. But you also get a private moment together just between the two of you, which may help relieve any anxiousness, capture a beautiful reaction, and have some time just for you two to share. You don't lose anything by doing a first look, and it is still an incredible moment coming down the aisle! I have a never had a couple regret doing a first look, but there have been couples that wish they had done one. Lastly, the sooner we are photographing you two together the more photos you have of y'all, and you get the most out of your coverage!

What should I look for in a wedding photographer?

Chat on the phone with photographers, and pick one who's personality you click with, feel comfortable around, and produces a style of photography you absolutely love because that is all you have left at the end of the day.

Why invest in wedding photography?

After the wedding, you can experience your wedding anytime by just looking through them, and remembering the excitement and love you have for your sweetheart. Wedding photos only increase in value over time!
